Don't remove it. If people want to troll, they'll do it anyways on separate accounts.

Some people feel like they can't ruin they're "e-reputation" if they post a problem that's personal. Maybe it's some gross health problem that they don't want their online friends to know about.

Anon should, and will, stay in place.
