My computer has a Trojan, spyware and tracking cookies.
I already ran an AVG anti virus scan. the threats are just sitting in the scan results file.
How the fuck do I get rid of this shit for good?

do a google search with the name of the Trojan and you can usually find a site that tells how to get rid of that particular one.
