Hi I'm new here and looking to make friends. I have had depression for over 8 years and feel very lonely as my hubby works afternoons regular. I have 2 children 8 and 5.Hope to get some support here. If you know a cure it would be great help.

and there is no direct cure for depression. you have to visit a psychiatrist. When you are sick you visit a physician don't you?

Most doctors would reccomend therapy, antidepressants as possible cures. It is also good medicine to be optimistic, bring happiness and laughter into your life, and talk about things with people close to you.
