It's hard to say... you said you didnt' clean them properly, which means you must have cleaned them a bit. For the most part, you don't always need a thorough cleaning. Unless the vegetables were rotten, I don't think you'll feel anything. The feeling funny could very well just be your nervousness at expecting something. It's amazing how much your thoughts can actually affect our physical body. If there's anything serious, then you may want to call a doctor or something... but again, what you may be feeling is just discomfort.
In general, if something was bad with the food, your stomach will usually pass it out by diarrhea. I can't imagine anything serious that could be found on your vegetables that could seriously harm you.
