Now that it's gotten colder, it happens more frequently... it really does get irritating, though it can be amusing.

I try to understand it... and part of me thinks that I do have a conscious decision of what happens in some cases.  In some instances, I can be thinking about touching something, then my twitch will start setting in, and I may hit that object, or force myself to avoid it...

So I have yet to find out if I'm really incapable of controlling these motor tics.  Has anyone ever had any kind of tics?  Do you ever think you can 'control' them, but you're actually not able to?  Did you grow out of yours, or do you take medication?

my friend has that one disease..grrr the name escapes me for the moment...but its that one where you have uncontrollable tics.

well she has a mild version of it and she had it worse when she was younger and she couldnt control it and now she is 17 and she takes medication and its a lot better she kind of just grew out of it for the most part but she still has small tics every so often but they arent that noticeable.

it is fucking annoying. i'm sorry. it really is.

I hate when people talk about sorry not meaning anything. Because
right now, you saying you're sorry would mean the world to me.
