At least there is a nugget of truth in there; long term effects of shrooms would be worse when it gets right down to it.

Granted, shrooms are quite safe....one of the safest drugs there is but whatever. The potential long term effects of psychedelics outweighs the essentially guaranteed to go away effects of marijuana.

And I might as well go ahead and point out for the person you quoted that doing shrooms for a year straight would be, well, a waste of money. Fuck, by the third or fourth day you'd only get a body high.

Smoking a few joints when your coming up on shrooms is fuckin mental. Sometimes I dont feel like the mushrooms are doing anything then I smoke a joint and suddenly regret taking so many shrooms. The beauty of it is no matter how intense it gets you always come back from it alive  

So it's a no brainer to anyone who has used Psilocybin mushrooms, that Psilocybin mushrooms are far more intense then Marijuana could ever be. It's called a trip for a reason.

Ok, don't you look dumb.  

It's like MDMA being classified as a hallucinogen, yeah colors get brighter and more vibrant but in the end, it's still not a hallucinogen in the sense of actually hallucinating(MDA makes you trip). The laws classification should always be taken with a grain of salt. Marijuana is also considered as a "narcotic", what a joke.

Oh well, it's about context and knowing the substance in the end.
