Slightly. Exercise, eat properly and sleep well.
Honestly, you're not that much over weight. Loosing a few pounds should do it. Maintain a healthy diet, and exercise routine and those few extra pounds will be gone in no time. Make sure you get enough sleep, drink plenty and eat plenty of fruit and veg.
On the other hand, you are still young. You still have a few years to grow. It's probably just a bit of puppy fat, everyone gets it. Give it a few years.
