thats hwy you have SMG
thats auto.

it's watever you want it to be, besides that shit can shift faster than any reg manual

But thats not the point here, im talking about using driver involvement in a car thats luxury.

tighter cornering is more enoyable than a fuckstick in my hand, so yea, it is the point, and it is relevant

No its not, plus how does a sequential relate to tighter corning? that has nothing to do with anything.

Sequential stick is okay, flappy paddles are kinda fail.
better then your regular auto but its still nothing compared to the feel and control of a full manual.

dude you only say that cause you dont know how it works
SMG is programmable to as low as 0.08sec gear shift
which is faster than any conventonal manual shifting
so the only reason youre denfeding a manual trans is because it's predictable, well guess what, do some reaserch and u get same effect (only better)

Dude, i know everything about SMG i also know about the Magnetti Marelli transmissions used by Fiats cars(Ferrari and Alfa) that have sequential that shift in .03 of a second. but all in all it lacks a clutch which propels the car forward after shifting.

But this still isn't the point im raising here you seem to lack sense of, sequential is still a form of automatic as you dont have a clutch pedal which makes the shifting boring and senseless which is where manual has its advantage.

and how is manual predictable, have you even driven a manual?

Manual is as predictable as you want it, you have control of the clutch and the shifting something you lack in a sequential you LACK control.

well the only reason you want to be in contrlo of the clutch is to control the timing, or the day between the pull and actual gear shift, otherwise whats the fcking diff
if you start shiftin and you get the actual gear switch 2,3,5 seconds of unpredictable delay then fuck it

Depends on why your buying the luxury car. If you want to just sit back and enjoy the ride, something more automatic is just going to work better. If your driving the car, because you love driving, nothing beats a manual.

I would choose to drive standard over the automatic any day, dude.

Oh yeah and beige interior is hideous.
