I just ate a chicken sandwich with fries and I haven't eaten all day. I was just recently told I have an eating disorder so theres why. So this evening my mom brings me a chicken sandwich and gets me to eat it. So I was going to get a shower and throw up everything. Then my dad comes in and gets a shower b4 me!! Now I'm sitting here think to myself its going to go threw my digestive system b4 I have time to purge!!!!!

babe, you need SOME food, 'cause it keeps ur metabolism up going quickly, and the protein in the chicken can help you build muscle, which therefore burns fat :) The chicken sandwich was doing that, and if you believe in 'negative calories' most of the potatoes didnt count either!!
