Rather blunt and disgusting way of asking...

But yes, the body would absorb some of it anyway- but not as much as if it sat in your stomach long enough to be digested and all that fun stuff.

Yes nutrients would still be absorbed because in order to form into feces it has to pass through the small intestine which is what absorbs nutrients from food.
