it might be that your grandma is asking to not be seen, when my g-ma had cancer and was dying she didn't want any of her family to see her, then realized she needed to say good bye so her husband let their kids see her but the grandkids were still not alowed to see her in the state she was
i'm glad too, i wouldn't want my last memory of my grandma to be her attached to machines sick and delirious

No its the fact that my mum WONT, the doctors im sure would let me, but mum is the main visitor so she would be told I think...
