For years, I have wondered which career path I should take. Right now I have narrowed it down to this: 1. Engineering, or something to do with natural sciences. OR 2. Psychiatrist, or something generally to do with psychology, or human society. OR 3. Something else (literature, maybe?).

Psychiatrist would be difficult on you. I wouldn't be able to dot it.

I choose psychology. But that's what I plan on studying anyway.

It's not something that anyone else can choose for you. It's no good asking everyone else what they would choose; they're not the one facing the decision.
Figure out your strengths and huge passions. Research all the options, like what you would have to study and how long it would take...competition etc, and see which one you would prefer.

I just asked to see what you people would do in this case. I never asked: "Which path I should take?" I asked:"Which would you take?" Its not the same.

It is - indirectly. Otherwise you'd have never have asked.
