I got my nose pierced about 5 days ago. For the first two days, it was not red or tender. But starting the third day, it became just a tiny bit red around it and its tender. There is no pus or anything, but there is just a bit of a crust every time i go to clean it. Could it be infected? Or are these just normal signs of healing? Thanks!

it might be o.k. but keep an eye on it.you can try a sea salt rinse or tea tree oil if your really worried
