I woke up a while ago with pain in my knee when I bend/straighten it. It makes walking down stairs so painful. (walking up isn't as bad)
almost a week later and it seems to be getting worse, not better. any suggestions?

I've had the same problem. Someone suggested I may have hurt it playing rugby in the fall and the cold winter weather is agitating it.
