Personally, I think it's just downright rude to mock people like that. If you're not going to tip and the server actually inquires about it, the decent thing to do would be to tell them why their service failed so that they may improve upon it in the future. Seriously, there's nothing amusing about giving a server the "tip" to get a new job. But hey, what more do you expect from kids? And teenagers often wonder why they get such shitty service...
