No. The heart would stop pumping blood to muscles. You could get to it, and start cutting it probably, but you'd be done before it was out of the body.

I would think that they would die of blood loss first, but i suppose if they really knew what they were doing it could be possible.
The body can continue functioning for a little while after the heart stops before the brain stops functioning.
