Don't try to do a full wax by yourself only if you've had experience. It'll be to painful, irritating and difficult. I recomend to just shave, trim or wax a small portion. Ei. the sides and top where you usually shave.

From what I've gathered in my pathetic life, I'd tell you to shave it if you are doing it yourself. Don't wax it on your own. If you would rather it be waxed than shaved, go to a salon or something to have it done professionally.
