Emo much? but really, that girl wasn't being rude, so why do you need to be?

Maybe your mom is sick of your attitude and doesn't want to deal with you. Especially when you react to people like this.

If your boyfriend punched you, call the cops. That's what I did. My parents helped me with the legal stuff, and it all got taken care of. Just file charges of assault against him.

But you should break up with him.  whether or not it is a sexist double standard or not, a guy really is only allowed to hit a girl when she is endangering him or someone else, I.E. self defense.

So break up with him, over the phone, because an abusive boyfriend does not deserve the dignity of a face to face breakup.  Tell him not to ever come by your house, blah blah blah, and then decide whether or not to simply end any part of your life with him and be finished, or report assault or maybe spousal abuse.

And if he ever does come near you again, like showing up at your house or anything of the sort that seems intentional, file for a restraining order.
