Those companies that enjoyed the bailout should be summoned to create and sell weapons in order to save the economy. The national defence program, which includes the manufacture of killing arsenals should be  the Obama regime's top priority.

Start a war in a couple of 'those' countries, yeah you know the ones, and then supply both sides.

Use your influence in the global community to drag the war out as long as possible. Use words like moral and terrorist a lot, communist or Nazi also work.

Then we can finally get back to our consumerist artificial lifestyle.
