Well, I doubt she's horny in class.  Unless you have some strange class subject I've never heard of.  Try asking her out somewhere, and you might get a response.

Other than that...I don't think there's one way to tell.  IT varies from person to person.  A lot of people start acting differently - generally more playful, or affectionate.  Look for the eyes, the facial expression, pheromones (if you can tell).  Just get to know her, if you're interested, and when she changes her behavior, you'll know.
