Ok theres pics in my IB of my stomach lying down and standing up.

And this is what my frame used to be like when I was like 15 so I would like to get back to this again,  

Because my hips are bigger I'll probably have to lose a lot of weight for my stomach to look decent. But how much work do you think I will have to do to get my stomach like those too. I mean I'm eating healthy now but will I need to cut down even more. I'm on about 1,300-1,500 calories a day. And I was going to allow myself a treat at the cinema on saturday but yeah maybe not.

Tone up. It's not so much about losing weight, although maybe only a FEW kilos. But tone up to get it tight.

I'm looking to lose a stone....so maybe about 14 pounds. I'm about 9 and a half stone now, 5ft 5. Which apparently is the right weight but meh.

I can only see the 1st pic.

Your stomach doesn't look bad now. You do need to cut out certain foods and eat healthy to get better abs but I think for what you want, exercise is important than losing weight.

Do cardio, weights and ab exercises.

Honeslty I don't think you need to lose that much weight. Not 14 pound anyway.
I think you just need to tone up.

Allow yourself treats.
Do core muscle workouts, situps (or equivilant) plus cardio.
the people that look like that usually work damn hard (assuming they are healthy)

Not that simple. Situps mean nothing if there is fat covering them. Thats why you need to do cardio.

I think I might go to the gym and start working on it on sunday. What would be the best excersises. WHATEVER HAPPENS I do not want to bulk up my legs. I wouldn't mind toning my arms too.

I dont think its all about the muscle workouts...cos that will look diffrent.
This seems more like toning, rather then sit ups and stuff like that.
