But yeah, cardio, situps, balanced diet.
Yeah I have a much bigger frame than cheryl. But thats why I picked poppy too but you can't see her. she has slightly bigger hips and is more my body type. As it Kate winslet.

Continue eating healthy, and just do sit ups. Not too much work,tbh.
Not that simple. Situps mean nothing if there is fat covering them. Thats why you need to do cardio.
I definitely don't think you need to lose 14lbs.
I think I might go to the gym and start working on it on sunday. What would be the best excersises. WHATEVER HAPPENS I do not want to bulk up my legs. I wouldn't mind toning my arms too.
For your arms you need to focus more on your triceps than your biceps.
You'd probably benefit from having one session with a personal trainer. It might be expensive but they can show you all the different exercises (and write up a workout) for you to get the results you want.
Also a pilates class could be good. You can get toned without being so bulky.

I deffo do not have the money for a personal trainer lol. Is swimming a good workout.
