I have it liek that sometimes. I get it near my period too... but sometimes its totaly random. I normally have a bath. I'm always really achey.

But really, take some pain relievers and lie down to go to sleep. Personally, my body gets pretty sore and I get really uncomfortable around my period as well, so that's probably why.
