I'm all happy and then my mom calls me and she talks to me like I'm socially retarded. This creates a inferiority complex and no wonder I'm so shy and have had such low self-esteem. I'm realizing this now. I use to always try to get her validity so she would stop talking to me that way.  I just don't care anymore but for some reason it still makes me sad to talk to her.
