I bought the gold edition ages ago.  For a while I couldn't play it because it would crash my computer.  I got a new computer, installed Empire Earth just fine, but when I try to install the expansion, (The Art Of Conquest) I get an error saying the setup file cannot be found.

Googling the exact error message never hurts.

I don't get a technical error message, it says that, and shuts down the installer.

Is it possible you deleted something from the original game?

No.  The CD worked fine before, and I didn't delete anything off the CD.

Can you explore the disc and run the setup.exe file?
