You'll probably get sent somewhere if they think you're serious enough, but they might tell your parents first. With shit like this, they pretty much seem to throw confidentiality out the window. Or at least, that's what I have seen.

Most of the time they notify the parents and recommend possible institutionalization and the parents decide what to do.

seriously...suicide isn't the way...my best friend killed himself...and you don't know how many more problems there are when you do that....problems are hard yeah, but thats life...its a challenge, but you have to try...don't do anything stupid...if you need to talk to someone besides your shrink...message me...just be careful
