30 minutes later I was on the floor in the kitchen trying to relax and reassure myself that everything was fine.

An hour later, I stood up (too quickly) and literally went blind for 10 minutes.  After standing up, the blackness just closed in similar to what happens in a head rush, except it wouldn't go away.  It was really, really scary.

Has this ever happened to anybody else?

That's what I hate about marijuana.  It comes in all different strengths, and it's so hard to know how much you're smoking.  There's no control.

Weed is cool though.

This has never happened to me with marijuana though, the worst I ever got was nauseous and tired.  

Just be careful in the future now that you know your boundaries.

Yeah, I'd say smoking salvia at a party is a fairly stupid idea. Well, they should know better now.

For sure. My buddy smoked some when I was hanging with some friends and didn't tell anyone, and he started flipping out and we had no idea what was wrong with him. We were worried as crap, but then I'm like, "wait... didn't he have Salvia? Yeah, that's it. Nevermind, he's fine, wait 10 minutes. Stupid."

As far as bad trips with weed, I've only had one. Sometimes when I'm really high (especially when drinking as well) I get a free fall/spin feeling with my eyes shut. Well, this time, didn't even drink, and I had that feeling with my eyes open. And stuff was so intense I had to constantly keep my mind active and going, or, I don't know, hard to explain the bad effect if I didn't. Also, some music I was listening to was seriously scaring me and I had to change it. Very miserable trip, never been that high before. I smoked a ton of good stuff, too, that's why.

thats happened to me a shitload of times. i felt liek i wuz gunna die tho. it wuz wayyyyyyyyyyy worse.
my ears were ringing. horribly couldnt stand. all dizzy n what not salivating n shaking lol.
