well ive been loosing weight lately since ive gotten a lot of free time lately (no more school sports for me :D) and ive been wondering

since im loosing about 3-5lbs a week, i just sweat the weight of by running and excercising from my old wrestling routines, i was wondering about since im loosing a pretty good amount of wieght fast (went from 200- about 170 in about 3 and a half weeks) will my skin look all loose?

all im trying to do is burn my muscle weight and bulk off so i dont look all bulky anymore.

so what im really trying to say is, is there anyway i can just tighten up loose skin around my body after serious weight loss through excersie, or will it just naturally tighten up? (Without surgical intervention)

Probably! Definitely do crunches and whatnot, it'll help tighten the skin up.

Do weight training.
Less weight, more reps,
to get tighter, instead of bulkier.
