K so i got this little white spot on my throught and the doc thinks it might be cancer and my boyfriend told me we would talk tonight at 1:00 and its 2 here and i was gonna tell him the bad news i feel like he is pushing me away and the thing is i don't know wht would u do??? Meh, older computers can get fried.

Most of the newer ones dont have problems with that. They are usually well grounded.

If you have a surge protector, or a battery backup, it should be fine.

Oh, but if the power goes out, you will still loose all your shit that wasnt saved.
