Yes. Generally it's caused by inhaling smoke into your stomach, which upsets it and makes you feel ill. When you breathe in, try to only raise your upper chest/ expand your sides (keep your stomach flat) and you will feel better.

Also i'm still a bit happy. Im usually depressed and hating myself but right now I feel good!but I was high yesterday, could it have something to do with this?

Neither pot nor oxy are brain damaging. Unlike pot, oxy is easily addictive and can kill you.

On another note, I encourage you not to do drugs to cover up unhappiness. In all of my experience, doing drugs when you are depressed only makes it worse. If you are going to do them, do them in the right frame of mind. Just my experience.

I'm never going to be in a right frame of mind
I know its not all in my head, before I smoked some a friend had and it had no effect, another friend gave me another kind and I doubted it would do anything but It made me feel wonderful. The only way id be in the right frame of mind is with pills, and id much rather smoke weed.
