I just recently dyed my hair black/dark brown, and i want to get the under layer of my hair dyed blond.
About how much do you think it would cost?
And, if you've done it before, does it look better with blond w/ black under layer or black w/ blond under layer?

i think it will really suit you but ONLY if you straighten your hair every day
i have black hair, white white blonde random streaks over it
that look suits a lot of people much more than say the bottom half being a set colour
just get thick streaks it looks cool :)
but if you do insist get the blonde on the lower half
in england it would cost about 40 quid
