I feel so bad, last night i got rle drunk&was speaking to my boyfriend on the phone and i got really upset and said i wanted to kill myself. He just said to me plz never do that again. I just feel so bad. How can i get rid of this feeling of guilt and forget about last night and move on?

People say drinking is a good way to forget.. but I can imagine in your case you would be trying not to drink :\ Just laugh it off, it's what most people have to do.
