I currently have two seperate Hard Drives, one with Windows XP on it and the other with Windows 7 Beta on it. I want to be able to use both of them without having to swap the drives when I need to, which is what I currently have to do.

So can someone tell me how I can acheive this please??

You've got to partition the drive that you want the OSes to be on.

There are already on two separate disks and they will stay that way. I just want to know how I can have both of them in at the same time and at start up choose one of them to load.

If you had both in at the same time it should have given you a boot-loader.  If you didn't you just fucked yourself over a bit.

Install a boot-loader.
