What would you say if you had a guy friend who liked you? Specifically, a guy who you're friends with, but you aren't really all that close to him. You talk to him from time to time, and he's helped you through some things in the past. At the same time though, he's overweight. Most people wouldn't put him above 250 lbs, but he weighs more than that.

If I'm not interested, then I say, "Sorry, I'm just not interested in you like that." And leave it at that. I know it's blunt and there is probably a nicer way of saying it, but this at least leaves no questions about your feelings for him so that you don't lead him on unintentionally.
