Since there are countries where the average IQ is well below the cutoff for mental retardation, I think it's quite clear that IQ tests are not actually a valid test of intelligence across cultures.

End of story, really.

That's just according to that book you know.

Germany has been estimated at 102-107 before - so has the Netherlands.
Sweden has been estimated at 104 in some studies.
Poland at 106 by Richard Lynn AFTER the publication of the above book.
