yeah pretty much. best bet is to not play games with them. talk to them. but if you really must... talk to them and get closer to them, and pay attention for a while till they are interested, and then stop [but dont be a jerk about it]. but again, best bet is to not play games.

Yes, it's impossible, you have to have a girl a little bit interested at the onset. Whether it's from your looks, your interests, whatever. If they don't have a bit of interest in you at all the not giving a shit thing won't work.
