yea it is a big deal. If you're just looking for a random hookup then these girls are perfect for you, they won't even know what's going on. But as far as getting back anything in return such as them ever loving you, no, that's probably not happening. Those types of girls aren't good for relationships what-so-ever.
But if I were you, get to know the girl before you go labeling her as "dumb and sweet". You can't judge them based off of a first encounter. I'm a very shy girl and I tend to get kinda ditsy when I talk to guys for the first time but I'm certainly not brain dead.
