So, have you given any thought to adoption? I'm afraid I don't have much idea, but it might be more economically viable, at least.
Also, don't try to terminate the pregnancy yourself, because you could end up with a severely disabled child, though I'm sure you know this.
If she can't afford a $700 abortion how is she supposed to afford a $7,000 delivery?

I've heard adoptions often involve some form of reimbursement. I could be wrong, though.

Except for the fact that adoption only solves parenting, and not the problem of being pregnant, and she has already stated she has no wish to adopt out, and the fact that by the time she would be able to set up an adoption she would to far gone to abort and the adoptions fall through all the time - and then she'd be stuck with unwanted bills and an unwanted child.
