If their is not a legal way to get these drugs, this shall breed a black market and an economy.

If it is legal in its own way, the economical parts are out of the picture almost bankrupting certain people, such as Afghanistan who pushes out alot of poppy a year that is turned into heroin. South America where Coca fields are a multimillion dollar bussiness and make millions of dollars.

And it goes on and on.

making all drugs illigal wont stop anything, people will still be using them, however more people will be sent to prison simply because they refused to stop

Also, prohibition just puts money into organised crime through the black market. I ask myself why both drug dealers and police wish to see drugs remained prohibited. I understand the dealer's reason, but why would the police want to grant a criminal his wishes?

Berend the dealer is but a pawn in this market, the men we should focus on are men, who control the market.  Such as the ones as I stated who ship the poppy from Afghanistan and Pakistan for it can become Heroin, for the people who send the Coca from South America for it can be cocaine.

Those are the people who we need to focus on.
