Tell him to join a sports group. Like I has an extra ten pounds it just never went away. So I play ultimate frisbee and before I knew it 2 hours went by and I ran a minimum of ten miles. And that sparkedd an interest in self health . So I work out everyday now. The same will happen for him as long as he is enjoying himself.
