well i fit into that category but never talk about it.
Most people who actually have low self esteem never draw attention to how they look by saying "God im so ugly today" therefore the people you are talking about are just attention seeking and actually think they are attractive

many girls have low self esteem becuase they are insecure...but quite honestly, the ones that truely are dont draw attention to it...and they dont want others to think about it. a lot of times girls just say things like "i'm ugly" to get a guy to say that they arent, because they know what they want to hear. its an attention ploy.
