I must be truthful. Before I didn't care. But now for some odd reason I feel like I need to help people and do as much as I can. I figured that if I spend so much time on livewire, I might as well use it to help others. Yes, I do care. I've noticed that now, I naturally want to help other members. It's a reassuring feeling that I'm doing something worth my time.

More often than not the problem on here is self-created. People are just depressed about alot of things that aren't life ending even just a handful of small things and put themselves in a hopeless spiral. They start saying "I can't do anything about this, I'm just fucked" and start considering themselves and their lives as "sad". Even when theres big things like a parent's death or a friend's death these are moment that will pass and alot of people seem to throw themselves into an extremely negative thought pattern because they have to confront death.

You can tell them that all these things don't matter, or they are fleeting, or you can tell them what flawed thought pattern they are carrying around in their head everyday that is making them so miserable (such as just associating with every single negative thought and even encouraging them), but it's up to them because alot of it is their problem. It's in their heads and the way they are thinking.
