Not an eating disorder, but my teach found out that I cut, and well she sent me to the counselor and they had to tell my parents because I cut myself on school grounds.

yea, that actually happened to me during x-country running and he made me quit the team until things got better because he was afraid something would happen to me during a meet. he didnt tell anyone but only because i didnt admit to it, just looked like i was about to cry when he asked me.
