people don't get why im depressed, they don't get what i've been through, they don't understand why i don't want to talk about it. I don't want sympathy... i just want to be understood. I want people to realize that I am so much stronger than they think I am. I try to find a reason to be here, and I guess it always comes back to because I just want to find a purpose. I'm proud I've made it this far. But I don't want to live anymore. I'm tired of all this bullshit.

but I'll keep living each day as it comes searching for a purpose, looking for something to live for.

Secondly, you have to realise and accept that your life has no purpose unless you make one for it. When people tell you what life's purpose is they are constructing reality for you, do not let them do that! Create your own purpose, dont mold your life to be like others. Find your own deffinition of happyness, dont let other people tell you what should make you happy.

Finally, just stop caring what other people say and do. If somebody sais something insulting about you simply ignore it, when people try to make you "better" or "happier" then just tell them they are wrong. Ignoring petty problems like that will lower your stress levels by a lot, and you will feel better about yourself.

What you're experiencing is the deepest part of depression where life has lost its meanings and now we don't know why to keep going anymore. But it's a part of life that passes and that may come again but it can't last forever. Just like happiness doesn't last forever, sadness does not last forever either. Perhaps that's just how nature is. Try to find strength in anything you can. A book perhaps would give you the knowledge necessary to keep going. Sometimes we just need a little hope to keep us going. We need someone to help us. Someone we can look up to.

Some day you will find your purpose in life because we all have one. Don't worry it will come to you without you expecting it and that's when you'll be able to understand a lot more about what is happening now.
