Black ppl I know define "nigger" as "An ignorant black person with no class" It's similar to the term "white trash" for white ppl.

That being said, the black ppl I know usually dont care if a white person calls someone a nigger as long as they aren't talking about them. Example, If I was to say to a black person "A bunch of niggers got in a fight" They usually wouldnt care because they know that the term nigger doesn't apply to them. It's just like if a person says to a white person "I hate white trash" The white person wouldnt be offended if they didnt think it applied to them
