It's not with 100% accuracy but I can many times tell the race of someone by looking at them - especially with the 4 or 5 race classifications.

Well many people don't establish someone of being different from them if they look white like them or black like them. If someone was Jewish in segregation times they would probably get away with going into a white store more than a black person. Many people can't tell a Jew from a white..........

With a DNA sample you could also find out he's a Negro.

85% of Jews in the US are Ashkenazi. LESS THAN 12% of the Ashkenazi gene pool is European/White in origin.
Therefore - you can actually conclude that American Blacks are "Whiter" than American Jews.
