It's a bit tough to hand over drugs on the internet.

I've always wondered how directing someone to a different site, instead of allowing transactions on LiveWire, actually directly effects how much of a threat they are to LiveWire members.

It doesnt, but it does decrease our liability which is our primary concern.

How does being a middleman decrease our liability?

I seriously hope that if this issue happens again with the member that he is banned, permanently. Hosting and allowing drug dealing on LiveWire is something I don't think David would approve of, at all.

It's kind of a dual-pronged problem, because the member is not only putting LiveWire at a liability for potentially being a mule for drug dealing, as well as compromising the safety of our members by giving them potential access to drugs which could easily harm them. Don't mean to sound parental, or moddish (since I gave that up) but an informal is a bit weak.

I'll think that it's a fine decision that he is given another chance, but any more than 2 and I think this member would pose a serious threat to what you coin the primary concern, and other concerns, such as the members.
