i'm really pissed off because the guy that raped me is telling his gf crap about me that isn't true.
here are some of the things he's told her:
i'm a ho
i'm a slut
i'm a bitch
i wanted him to rape me
that i came on to him
that he didn't force me to have sex with him

none of these are true and i'm wondering if i should tell my lawyer what he's told his gf about me tomorrow when i go talk to my lawyer to see where the assault case is at (i got raped in july of 2008 and reported it right away after he raped me)

What do you need a lawyer for?

Unless you're suing for financial compensation.

In which case, any good defense attorney is going to make you look like a money grubbing skank who lured this guy into a trap so you could turn around, claim rape, then get as much out of him as you can.

You may want to mention it. Although us and your friends and I am sure that your lawyer will care about this...unless you have a witness to back you up on that then it will be dismissed as simple hearsay by the judge unless you have a witness or have some type of recording.
