so in wrestling, i recently injured my back, but took 3 weeks off for it, but today i came back and we were doing a drill and i was getting rolled trhough on a half nelson and my back just popped really loud, and that was it, i couldnt bearly breathe and talk, for like 30 minutes, and i had just gotten over the other damn spasm i had, and now this again... fuck *smack head against wall* i hate this, i took 4 200 mG motrin and a flexeral and nothing, i cant take deep breaths and it hurts to just lay down, and my whole left ribcage hurts at times, i just want ideas of what this could be, and ideas
