I'm mourning chilirec at the moment. It's a site that records from internet radio and chops it up into tracks for you automatically. Then you can save the tracks to your own computer or listen to them online - completely free and completely legal.

However, they've moved out of beta and it's no longer available :(

Does anyone know a site or tool that does a similar thing?

You can record internet radio streams with FStream for Mac OS X, though you'll have to provide the URL to the stream, and it doesn't do it automatically like Chilirec. I don't know of a similar application for Windows though.
